Pasture Raised + Grass Fed Meat Shares

On our farm we raise the following animals for Meat Shares; Beef, Chicken, Duck and Quail. All animals are pasture raised (or grass fed), with room to roam freely, fed an organic feed, and loved + cared for every day. We recognize the service these animals have done by providing nourishment and enjoy every moment we have caretaking for them. 

1. What is a Meat Share?

A Meat Share is community supported agriculture in which the customer in essence is purchasing a live animal, we pasture raise, feed and serve as caretakers. After the animal reaches the proper age/weight, we take the animal for processing and deliver to you. We do this to ensure we are raising a sustainable quantity of animals and there is no wasted products.

2. When is Meat Available?

Chicken, Duck and Quail are available on a pre-order basis. We are a small farm and currently raise each animal for each individual customer. Depending on the type of meat, the time of readiness will vary. We recommend purchasing in bulk or subscribing to our Homestead Membership to get Pasture Raised Meats regularly/monthly.

Quail: 7 Weeks

Chicken + Duck: 8 Weeks

Beef: 1 Year (please check avaibility as we do have some shares still availble)

3. What cuts are available?

 Each animal has different cuts depending on the animal. Please refer to the individual products to see which bulk items you can get from our meat shares.
